In this conversation, we talk about how the one thing that will always remain constant, is change. We discuss how to manage it, and even embrace it rather than resist the process.
We explore the topics of evolving as people and how to accept ourselves, and others, for who we are at each stage of the journey.

In this short solo episode, I share some thoughts on why it's important to "unplug" and provide some suggestions on how and why you should.
I always strive to lead by example, so in this short presentation, you will also learn of my own unplug decision and about programs I have in place to support you in the coming months.

In this short solo episode, you will be inspired by everyday heroes.
By definition, a hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. In the movies, we know heroes as those who save the world, many wearing capes... perhaps you are like me and love the stories of brave heroines that save the day? For the purpose of this podcast, the heroes we are going to talk about are not famous or as glamorous, but they are heroes just the same.
Who has helped you in your life? Perhaps now is a good time to show appreciation.

In this conversation, we talk about how failure is not the opposite of success, but rather a part of it. You will learn how every setback is an opportunity and that "failing" is going to happen for anyone who sets out to do something great. We chat about how most everyone feels vulnerable when stepping into the public eye, and how greatness is achieved by having the courage to do it anyway.

What does it mean to live without limits? In this episode we talk about that… and much more. We discuss the power of your mindset, how to manifest what you want, how to build your belief and crush your limits.
Layton is a powerful example of leadership as he has been living his dreams for over a decade inspiring everyone who follows him. His adventures have taken him all over the world on a bicycle and his latest tour… going where no other man has gone on a bike… was featured in Maclean's magazine.
You are only confined by the walls you build around yourself… in this episode, Layton will inspire you to tear down those walls, follow your dreams and live without limits.

This short solo episode was inspired by Colleen Burris who had six months to dream.
Has your life become one big series of putting out fires and although there are flames everywhere, you have no passion burning in you?
In the next few minutes, you will be inspired to fully live your life, create your "bucket list", face your fears and focus your attention on what and who really matters to you.
It is my hope that Colleen's example and legacy will live on through each of us. Thank you to her husband for permission to continue sharing her story.

In this conversation, you will be inspired to choose positivity even in the face of adversity. Elaine Neuman is a mother of four who was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer which is an aggressive form of cancer not caused by hormones. This type of cancer has a higher rate of mortality than other breast cancers. When faced with the diagnosis she chose to focus her energy on the positive aspects of her situation and in choosing this attitude she believes she was able to successfully navigate her journey to now be cancer-free.
Seeing life through the eyes of someone who had to face her mortality is a truly awakening experience. Within this episode, you will learn her biggest lessons and a strategy to win no matter what you are going through.

A little more personal conversation this time. In this episode, you will share a conversation between me and my Mom.
My Mom isn't a professional speaker and she was not sure about sharing on this platform, but she is often the first person I go to for guidance, advice, and support. I wanted to offer her insights to you, and luckily she agreed to be here.
Today it is my honor to share my Mom with all of you.
Happy Mothers Day.
