Few Minute Motivation- Not all heroes wear capes
Saturday Jun 19, 2021
Saturday Jun 19, 2021
In this short solo episode, you will be inspired by everyday heroes.
By definition, a hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. In the movies, we know heroes as those who save the world, many wearing capes... perhaps you are like me and love the stories of brave heroines that save the day? For the purpose of this podcast, the heroes we are going to talk about are not famous or as glamorous, but they are heroes just the same.
Who has helped you in your life? Perhaps now is a good time to show appreciation.

In this conversation, we talk about how failure is not the opposite of success, but rather a part of it. You will learn how every setback is an opportunity and that "failing" is going to happen for anyone who sets out to do something great. We chat about how most everyone feels vulnerable when stepping into the public eye, and how greatness is achieved by having the courage to do it anyway.

Few Minute Motivation- Living or existing? Remember what really matters.
Saturday May 22, 2021
Saturday May 22, 2021
This short solo episode was inspired by Colleen Burris who had six months to dream.
Has your life become one big series of putting out fires and although there are flames everywhere, you have no passion burning in you?
In the next few minutes, you will be inspired to fully live your life, create your "bucket list", face your fears and focus your attention on what and who really matters to you.
It is my hope that Colleen's example and legacy will live on through each of us. Thank you to her husband for permission to continue sharing her story.
